And the answer is Amanda Bynes.   Now this is how you dress to go get the Sunday paper! I’m a huge Amanda Bynes fan.  Sure her face isn't perfect but her body makes up for it. I feel like this chick has flown under the radar forever or at least since her Disney days.    So it’s finally nice to see her come out and make a statement like this.  I mean nothing announces your presence with authority like wearing booty shorts where the bottom of your ass is literally hanging out of them.   It just screams “serious fucking bitch/slut in the house!”      Take note ladies.  If we can’t see your ass cheek then you’re just not trying hard enough.
